Classical Homeopathy Workshop: A Workshop For Serious Professionals

Just successfully completed a workshop on “Classical Homeopathy” that ended with a Practical Test - live case-taking with justification for the remedy selected followed by a Written Test and topped with a Viva…and then a certificate that comes with a feedback note that tells you your strength and areas where improvement is required.

The workshop meant for busy practicing homeopaths was held once every two months over the weekend (Saturday 10 am to Sunday 6 pm) which includes case taking at the hospital in the evening, followed by witnessing the consultation process by Dr. Amarsinha Nikam from 12 pm to 7 am, a few hours of rest and then a session and hospital rounds at the 80 bed establishment where one gets to see the patients of varied pathologies, the remedy prescribed and the progress made by them. (Check this link for info on cases seen at the hospital http://individualizedhealthcare.blogspot.in/2012/10/experiencing-sublime-joy-of-homoeopathy.html )

The workshop by Dr. Amarsinha Nikam, M.D. of Aditya Homeopathic Hospital & Healing Centre under the aegis of ‘Mission Homeopathy’ was a veritable experience for all the participants some of them were homeopaths who strayed into practicing allopathy and were now seeking to renew their confidence and return to practicing pure Hahnemannian homeopathy, while some were those who were confused with the teachings of different prevailing schools of homeopathy and had to empty their cups (unlearn) to learn from a master who has been managing one of its kind homeopathic hospital for the past 18 years, where patients given-up by other pathies seek refuge and go back cured.

At Aditya Homeopathy Hospital one will find cases of critical emergencies and cases of deep pathologies being treated without the aid of intravenous intervention, oxygen or any allopathic medicines (even paracetamol is not administered).

The next batch of this workshop starts from January first week – and is highly recommended for those who wish to improve their success rate.  Those interested may contact:

Fr. Britto Joseph S.J. - Empowering Health Care

Meet my first Guru who reignited my latent passion in nature consonant medicine. Fr. M. Britto Joseph s.j. a Jesuit Priest, belonging to the Madurai Province, is credited with evangelizing and proselytizing Naturopathy and Homoeopathy in India. Affordable and safe health-care has always been a need and it still continues to be a necessity for the majority of the population (middle-class and rural) in India, a country where  major share of one’s earning is spent on housing and food, savings are meager, often liquidated by medical and hospitalization expenses.  Families often end up in huge debt.   A country that enjoys a rich heritage medicine system in the form of Ayurveda and Naturopathy is today a victim of lifestyle diseases that is only burdening the existing inadequate health-care facilities in India.   It is against this background we can come to appreciate the value of Fr. Britto’s mission. Fr. Britto has done a yeoman service through his mis...

Historical Statistical Data on Success Of Homeopathy - Epidemics & Pandemics (Homeoprophylaxis)

Homoeopathy has a long and successful history of its use in epidemics and pandemics. The protocol is based on individualisation based on the mental-emotional makeup, physiological and physical symptoms of the individual. Homoeopathy avers that the 'vital force' or the immunity of the individual is the key to ward off illness and when this is deranged a person falls sick. It advocated lifestyle changes even while taking homoeopathic treatment  (Letter to the patient on cheerful methods of life) Also Read:  Your Immune System A Time-Tested Vaccine Against Coronavirus However, in the case of an epidemic, a remedy is prescribed when the remedy's proving symptom mirrors the symptom-complex exhibited by the majority of those infected by the actual pathogen. A remedy thus worked out is said to present the ' genus epidemicus ' of the disease. This remedy acts as a preventive (prophylaxis) among the majority or modifies to a milder form among the res...

Black Lung Disease- THE HEALTH EFFECTS OF BREATHING COAL DUST LADEN AIR’

My town Vasco-da-Gama is being ravaged by coal dust. The Indian port town of Goa  is a major ore and coal handling hub. The laid back citizenry is in a grip of respiratory disorders which is now trending towards an endemic proportion and this has led to frantic efforts by its people to right every wrong.  A wrong, in which the culpability of the government and its statutory bodies responsible to monitor and ensure compliance is beyond doubt. This post  hopes to educate and spread awareness on the fate that stares at the people of this town especially the children.  Some of the text reproduced here is taken from a study paper in Australia titled ‘THE HEALTH EFFECTS OF BREATHING THE AIR NEAR COAL MINES’. Every occupation bears the risk of some disorder of the other which is commonly termed as occupational hazard.  Those who work in salt pans have their share of disorder, and so do those working in iron, lead, and even gold mines.  The coal mine work...
